**Job Description:**

We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist with either an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) for a telehealth, 1099 contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for helping individuals and families overcome mental health challenges. As a contract therapist with *Margaret Perry, LCSW*, you will provide therapy and support to clients in a remote setting, helping them improve their emotional well-being and quality of life.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

1. **Telehealth Services:** Provide therapy and counseling services to clients via secure telehealth platforms.

2. **Clinical Expertise:** Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.

3. **Assessment and Diagnosis:** Accurately diagnose mental health disorders and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.

4. **Treatment Planning:** Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans and regularly review and adjust them as needed.

5. **Crisis Intervention:** Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute emotional or psychological crises.

6. **Documentation:** Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

7. **Ethical Practice:** Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in the field of telehealth therapy and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

8. **Professional Development:** Stay current with advancements in telehealth therapy and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

– Full licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) in any U.S. state.
– Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing mental health therapy.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a remote, telehealth environment.
– Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in telehealth practice.

**Compensation:**

This is a 1099 contract position. Compensation is based on a fee-for-service model, and rates will be discussed with qualified candidates.

**Work Schedule:**

You have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and availability, making this position suitable for part-time or full-time commitment.
