At Margaret Perry, LCSW, our mission is to provide accessible and high-quality mental health counseling services to individuals in need. We have carefully structured our fees to ensure that our clients can easily access the support they require, while also maintaining the sustainability of our center. Transparency is important to us, which is why we have outlined our fees and charges for individual counseling sessions on this page.
Counseling and Therapy Session Fees
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation with Write Up
Includes evaluation and write up: $250
Initial Consultation & Evaluation
Individual Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $175
***Please note: we do offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer questions.
Individual Sessions
Individual Counseling Session (55 minutes): $150
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Options
We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:
Self-Payment
You can pay for your sessions at the time of each appointment through cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Insurance
Margaret Perry, LCSW accepts a variety of insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify whether we accept your insurance and to discuss any co-payments, co-insurances, or deductibles.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
We partner with several Employee Assistance Programs, which may cover the cost of your counseling sessions. Please check with your employer or HR department to see if you are eligible.
