Cost and Fees for Service
Individual Supervision Session
Offers an intensive approach that promotes in-depth personal and professional growth and case consultation.
Sessions are scheduled based on availability between your schedule and instructors
Sessions are one hour weekly
Times/dates will be adjusted around holidays and vacations
$75 per person (60 minutes)
Group Supervision Session
Facilitates an immersive experience for personal and professional growth, with an emphasis on dynamic group interaction and case consultation.
Limited to five people per group
Sessions will be two hours approximately twice a month
Times/dates will be adjusted around holidays and vacations
$25 per hour per person/$50 per session
Payment will be expected or charged directly after each session. I encourage you to check with your agency, if applicable, on fees covered or reimbursement made toward supervision.

Supervision and Licensure Requirements
Clinical Hours
At this time, supervisees must be working in the state of Illinois and seeking supervision toward an Illinois license, unless granted direct permission from the state licensing board(s).
MSWs must work for 3,000 hours under the supervision of an LCSW
PhDs/DSWs must work for 2,000 hours under supervision of an LCSW
BSWs are ineligible for the LCSW
Work Requirements
You must be currently working in the social work field. The work may be paid or volunteer work, but it must be direct practice experience (non-clerical). Your work must consist of client contact or administrative work directly related to client contact to count toward your licensure.
You may work part-time (15–30 hrs/wk) or full-time (30–40 hrs/wk).
Meeting Requirements
You must meet with your supervisor(s) a minimum of four hours per month to discuss client cases and treatment procedures.
You may have different supervisors at different times, provided they’re all licensed appropriately. Proof of supervision hours completed will be required for any supervisees who have previously completed hours with a different clinical supervisor.
You may be supervised in groups of no more than five (5) people at a time.
You may either have a supervisor who works for your employer or one you retain privately.
If seeking supervision outside of your employer, please check with your employer’s reimbursement policies to determine if you can receive reimbursement for supervision fees.
